Ignite the gas grill and cook up an al fresco feast, or finish out the day with champagne under the stars on the rooftop patio.

Inside, a beautiful paneled ceiling, wood furnishings and large picture windows pay homage to classic beach house living while high-end contemporary touches add splashes of luxury. A smooth, natural stone fireplace exudes warmth on cool nights. Watch your favorite movies on the immense flatscreen TV with a fire crackling below. All the while, the view creates an impressive backdrop to the open plan great room. Pull up a recipe using Wi-Fi and get cooking in the gourmet kitchen. You’ll find all the equipment you need to make every meal special. Enjoy the fruits of your labor around the elegant wood dining table or the casual breakfast bar.

Relish peaceful repose in any of the four well-appointed bedrooms. The third-floor Master suite boasts a stately King size bed and opens onto a furnished ocean view terrace. It also includes a stunning en-suite with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The villa features two more King suites and a final room with Double size bunk beds. All rooms are air conditioned and houses flatscreen TV’s and premium linens.

This property puts the best of San Diego close at hand. Mission and Pacific Beach are within walking distance, while the upscale shops and restaurants of La Jolla are a 15 minute drive. Golfers are 25 minutes from the Torrey Pines clubhouse. San Diego’s main attractions are easy to get to, with Seaworld just 3 miles away and the zoo and Gaslamp Quarter not much further.

Due to the compliance with California drought regulations being enforced, misters and fountains at our rental properties are not being used at this time. Landscape watering is limited to 3 times a week, in consideration of requested water restrictions.
