Recently remodeled home with new furniture and furnishings. Located in Mission Beach within walking distance to Catamaran Resort and grocery store. Visit Pacific Beach for shopping and restaurants.
This two bedroom plus loft has 1.5 bathrooms and is a great family rental. Open floor plan and fully equipped kitchen. Spacious patio with tables and chairs and propane BBQ grill. On the first floor is the kitchen and dining area. The second floor has the open living room, full bathroom and the two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a queen bed and guest bedroom has a twin day bed and pull out twin trundle. On the third bedroom you will find a private room with Queen bed with a sink/vanity unit. Access to the roof deck is from the third floor.
The roof to deck is a private area with quality outdoor furniture and can comfortably seat 10.
