Walk to Beach Vacation Home Three Bedrooms in Mission Beach

Attention to detail describes this beautiful new home on one of the nicest beachside courts in Mission Beach. Built-in 2011, this three-story, 1430 square foot quintessential Cape Cod style home is the perfect get-away for a family (for up to 6 people plus a baby that can sleep in a crib/pack n play) or a small group of mature friends (up to 4 people). These numbers include any potential day visitors. We do not differentiate between overnight guests and visitors.

The owners were inspired by a famous movie house and wanted the decor of their house to have that easy sophistication, comfort, and east coast feel. From the wainscoting, soft hues of paint, built-in bookcases, and brand new cozy furniture and accessories, every item was selected to create a lovely space.

Each level of the house offers brand new furniture, bedding & bathrooms as well as the finest appliances.

The first level of the house features a wonderful brick patio with a dining table for 4 people, a gas fire pit, and a gas grill. You enter through an adorable dutch door into a family room with a brand-new queen Murphy bed. This floor also has a flat-screen TV and DVD, a full bath, ceiling fan, and an attached two-car garage with a washer and dryer. This floor is perfect for a couple that desires their own space or is a great extra hangout space for the kids. Please note this room does not have a door.

The main living space is on the second level. The large living/dining room is great for TV watching, family time, reading in the comfy chair by the fireplace, or relaxing under the cool ceiling fan on a warm summer evening.

The large dreamy gourmet kitchen is attached so it’s easy to visit with your guests while you are creating your favorite meal or blending margaritas. It is huge, accommodating, and stocked with everything a cook would ever need. The dining table seats six and there is seating for three at the big breakfast bar.

You’ll be very comfortable in the main bedroom on this level with a new queen bed with great linens, a huge closet, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a huge jacuzzi tub/shower and fantastic lighting so you look your best.

Upstairs on the third level, there is an adorable bedroom with a small balcony and crank-open dormer windows. You can see the waves from the balcony and the window. The room offers a King bed and has a ceiling fan. There is nothing better than sleeping with the windows open, under the fan on a warm summer’s evening. This room also has a flat-screen TV or if you’re inspired, a desk to journal about your trip. The third floor has a large bathroom with a shower and an attached deck on the back of the house to do some private sunbathing or catch a moment of quiet. You can also see a glimpse of the bay while relaxing.

Enjoy the luxury of TVs in all bedrooms, high-speed WiFi, ceiling fans, central heating, a hairdryer in each bathroom, and an iron and iron board.

The house offers everything you might possibly need, including supplies such as laundry, hand, dishwasher, dish soap, toilet paper, paper rolls, and of course all fresh and spotless clean linens and bath towels.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we have provided lots of kid’s equipment such as a high chair, crib, pack n play, changing pad, baby tub, step stool, and potty. For beach fun, you can find nice beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

The garage offers a nice washer and dryer and fits a mid-size SUV and a mid-size economy car.

You will love everything about this meticulously decorated home with its beautiful touches, beautiful outside patio, relaxing surroundings, and warm ocean breezes. Enjoy!

For "friend"/"adult-only" groups we can agree to 4 people max and all must be over 35 years old. We absolutely do not want to rent to anyone that is intending to party at the house.
