New Old Naples - modern and right in the heart of it all! This 2 bedroom/2.5 bath corner unit sits perched on the top floor with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking famed Fifth Avenue South. With 1500 sf of urban living, this condo is light and bright with high ceilings, crown molding, travertine floors, ceiling fans, white cabinets and granite countertops. The master suite with king sized bed has an attached bath with both a soaking tub and walk in shower. The second suite offers its own bath and another king sized bed. The great room includes a dining area, open kitchen. large screen tv and a wall of French glass doors opening to the covered balcony.
