About this home
Fully renovated, spacious 2 bedroom villa with private splash pool also located just steps away from the heated Community pool. Small pets are welcome: home is located just 15 minutes from the beach and all the fine shops and restaurants that Naples has to offer. Screened deck with dining table for 4 and relaxing observation point for private preserve.
The home features a wide open living space for easy entertaining - a full dining room and living room with large flat screen TV. Kitchen has eating counter with bar stools, upgraded kitchen cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, and there are tasteful art pieces throughout. There is a desk and computer area at one end of the large kitchen, together with a full washer and dryer installation. The master bedroom is richly furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. A brand new queen bed is being installed in the guest bedroom which has it’s own full bathroom with shower and another TV in the bedroom. The villa is fully equipped for all your needs, right down to the gas barbecue ! Everything in "as new" condition in this light, airy, light filled home with access to the heated Community pool a few steps away.
