This home has a bright and spacious open floor plan with a contemporary-coastal style that matches Naples’ relaxed vibe. It can accommodate up to six guests with three bedrooms and two full baths, making it ideal for families or friends.
This home offers quality finishings and technological touches throughout. The main living area has porcelain tile flooring, crown moldings, cozy sofas, and a dining area. You can enjoy entertainment options with the in-ceiling ATMOS speakers and the Smart TV system.
The kitchen is a delight for cooking and entertaining. It has a beautiful central island with a Quartz countertop, a stainless steel sink, and a breakfast bar with seating. You’ll love the high-end Whirlpool appliances, wine cooler, and solid maple cabinets with under-cabinet lighting.
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with new luxury linens and flat-screen Smart TVs. The Master suite has a King bed with an orthopedic mattress, an ensuite bath with twin vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has two Twin beds.
