This exceptional Beach Home is located on a quiet residential street in Naples Park within easy walking or biking distance of the acclaimed Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and the Ritz Carlton Beach Resort.
There is a fully stocked and updated kitchen with counter bar stools and everything you need to make a fabulous meal. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats six and the living room houses an oversized 60 inch flat screen TV and ample seating. The home has central AC and there are ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom houses a king bed with flat screen TV, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms contain twin beds (with separate bathroom)and a queen bed, with ensuite bathroom, respectively. The fourth bedroom/den houses a spacious desk and a pull out futon bed. The home is fully stocked with towels and linens and the utility room contains a full size washer and dryer. There is a double garage with 2 cruiser bikes, beach chairs and an umbrella to take full advantage of this superb beach location.
