Presenting this luxury vacation home that features 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered lanai with a heated salt water pool and a two-car garage. The inclusion of tile flooring throughout and an open, flowing floor plan with vaulted ceilings will ensure your vacationing comfort. The well appointed 4th bedroom is furnished with a full size bunk bed that features a pull-out twin bed a desk, and tv.
The modern and spacious kitchen is opens to the living room and dining room as well as having views of the lanai/pool area, is fully equipped with all cookware and kitchenware.
The living room features comfortable sectional, oversized wall mounted tv, and a wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor living space which includes a lanai with a shaded outdoor area complete with outdoor dining table with seating for 6. The lanai has several seating options around the expansive pool deck that include a bistro table and lounge chairs. The salt water pool is a healthy alternative to chlorine pools and is heated to the perfect temperature upon your arrival.
The pool area is completely fenced in for the utmost in privacy and is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping.
The master bedroom is in the rear of the home with private access to the pool deck and is furnished with a king bed, flat screen tv, walk-in closet and a private bath. The master bath has a large walk-in shower. All linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.
Guest bedroom one has a king size bed with tv and guest bedroom 3 has a queen bed with flat screen tv. The two guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.This home features a full-size laundry room complete with a front-loading washer and dryer along with a soaking tub.
