You're just seconds away from the sand! Unpack, grab a cold drink, and slip off your flip-flops to begin your beach vacation. This end-unit townhome is located on the western edge of Navarre Beach, just one block from the Gulf Islands National Seashore, offering a peaceful, uncrowded setting. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by views of emerald-green waters and soft white sand right outside your door. The bright and cozy living area provides comfortable seating, perfect for watching TV, reading a book, or simply gazing at pelicans soaring by. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for cooking. Enjoy meals or games at the dining table or the breakfast bar. There’s also a handy ice maker, a half bath, and a washer/dryer on this floor for your convenience. Upstairs, the king-sized primary bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and an en suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hall, you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two full-sized beds. These two rooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom with another walk-in shower. Outside, there’s a gas grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The home has parking for two cars. Please note: No pets, no smoking, and no events are allowed.
