About this home
The house is a cottage-style home with 3 levels. The ground level has a 2-car garage with bonus space, a cornhole game, beach chairs and toys, and a new bathroom with a shower. The back of the ground level leads out to a sitting area with a Propane grill and looks right at the community pool to watch the kiddos. The main level has a nice open floor plan with a breakfast nook table (sits 7), a main dining table (sits 6 and can be extended), and a living room with a flat-screen TV. On this level is a King bedroom and a bunk bedroom that is done queen on the bottom, twin in the middle, and full bed on top, they share a full bathroom. It is also easy to go downstairs from those bedrooms to use the new downstairs bathroom. Upstairs you have the Master bedroom with a King bed, Jack and Jill's bathroom connected to the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and two twin bunk beds.
This is the house for a large family or a couple of families to share, with a great location, super amenities, and an attractive layout and decor.
Access to the Gulf of Mexico is a 3-minute walk directly out of the neighborhood across Gulf Blvd with a public walkway leading right to the sand.
Have access to the calm and soothing waters of the Intracoastal waterway and neighborhood private Sandy Beach area
