Nestled on a hill in the cottage's development, this brand-new, spacious property offers two stories of open floor plans with airy high ceilings and exquisite finishes throughout. The open-concept kitchen features stone counters and a kitchen island, perfect for entertaining. We’ve also opened a separate attached studio with its own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, split A/C, washer & dryer—ideal for a second family or "in-laws." Escape to this serene vacation home, miles away from the hustle and bustle of Honolulu, in an isolated valley perfect for relaxing off the beaten path. The home boasts eco-friendly landscaping, an outdoor seating area, and a BBQ grill for entertaining friends and family. The owner tastefully decorated the house with custom furniture pieces and artwork, creating a welcoming atmosphere in West Oahu. Enjoy smart TVs and split A/C in every room. The house comfortably sleeps seven adults or a family of eight or ten with the large studio. Bedding arrangements include a king in the master suite, a queen in the second guest room, and two twins in the third room. The living room has a full-size sleeper sofa ideal for one adult or two smaller guests. The studio features a queen bed, kitchen, full bathroom, washer & dryer, split A/C, and cable TV. High-speed fiber internet and WiFi are available. The cottages are a newly developed, family-oriented gated community with 24-hour security on Oahu's west side. The 26-acre community features 118 homes in a breathtaking valley at the foot of Mount Ka'ala in the Waianae Mountain Range.
