The beachfront balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico furnished with a private gas grill makes it the perfect spot for entertaining after a day spent in the sand. The main living space of the condo is an open-concept floor-plan making it easy for your family to relax together. The living area is beautifully furnished with a large flat-screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, which offer unbeatable beach views. The dining area contains seating for eight comfortably with an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is perfect for chefs of all levels with stainless-steel Viking appliances. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware you need to create memorable meals for the whole family.
The master bedroom enjoys massive floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular beach views that can easily be enjoyed from the comfort of the king bed. A private balcony, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV make up the rest of the master bedroom. The master bathroom features two granite vanities, a large garden tub, and a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head.
The first guest bedroom holds a queen bed and has a private ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed with a semi-private bathroom that can also be accessed from the hall. The third guest bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one with twin over full beds and one with twin over twin beds. The guest bedrooms also all features flat-screen TVs.
