Perfectly positioned just 4 miles from the magic of Disney World, this charming third-floor condo is your ideal home base for exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. Step into a welcoming living space where comfort meets convenience. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a dining area with seating for four, making it easy to enjoy meals together after a day of adventure. The master bedroom is a serene retreat, complete with a king bed, a 43" Smart TV, and an attached bathroom for added privacy. The second bedroom is a kid's dream, offering two twin-over-double bunk beds and a 50" Smart TV. The third bedroom, also featuring a king bed and a 32" Smart TV, ensures everyone has their own space to unwind. The Resort enhances your stay with an array of top-notch amenities, all included with your rental. Take a dip in the huge resort-style pool, soak in the luxurious hot tub, or catch a movie in the 58-seat theater. Please be aware that this is a third-floor unit, and the building does not have an elevator. The resort's parking rules allow for a maximum of three cars per unit, with strict enforcement—ensure you follow the guidelines provided at the guard gate to avoid any inconvenience.
