Tucked away in the delightful downtown neighborhood of Central Park district. Located a mere 3 miles to the beach however we are guessing you will delight in relaxing around your private pool and patio. The main living area is furnished with a plush sectional. Settle in with a new movie on the 52” cable TV. A second living area is appointed with a window-seat sofa and two armchairs; wooden flooring and modern décor accent the space. Whip up hearty meals in the upscale kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table. The pool, and patio areas are fenced.and there is a gas grill ideal for alfresco dining. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king bed and 47” cable TV. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 43” cable TV, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and 42” cable TV. The first bathroom features a walk-in shower while the second includes a garden-style soaking tub.
