This beautifully restored West Palm Beach vacation home was recently renovated vacation and offers a 2 story, 4 bedrooms historic property that sleeps a maximum of 10 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa.The upper level is where you will discover three separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a shared full bathroom. The ground floor of the house offers a lovely living/sitting area, a spacious den with two twin beds, dining room, full bathroom, a generous family/entertainment room which features a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment system with cable and flat-screen tv, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The family room has french doors that will lead you to the pool deck and backyard amenities including lounge chairs, charcoal grill, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Pool heat is optional.
The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. A world class location with understated luxury appointments.
