The first level hosts three bedrooms: a cozy Queen suite, a relaxing room with two twin beds, and a fun bunk bed room perfect for kids. From here, step out to the private pool or take the beach walkover for direct access to the sand.

The second floor boasts an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, decorated in crisp whites and modern touches. The true highlight is the panoramic ocean views. The balcony is an ideal spot for family gatherings, where you can recharge by the sea. The kitchen features a large island with ample seating and plenty of prep space. Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee on the expansive deck as you watch the sunrise. This floor also has two bedrooms: a luxurious King suite and a charming Queen suite.

Ascend to the third floor to find the King Master Suite, a perfect retreat with stunning ocean views from the windows and a private balcony. The master bathroom is a secluded paradise, featuring a large walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub.
