The infinity pool and integrated waterfall spa is surrounded by luxury lounge chairs, umbrellas and private seating areas. Misters, putting green, firepit and ping pong. Multiple outdoor dining areas. Interior walls of glass for classic Palm Springs-style indoor outdoor living. Sunken wet bar with pass-through windows. Game room with billiards, foosball and cocktail arcade table. Over 6,000 square feet of main house and guest house living space. This ultra private compound is just not something you see every day! Located in an exclusive area of Palm Desert, and only 5 minutes to El Paseo with its world class shopping and dining.
The main house has a free flowing floorplan, walls of glass and clerestory windows that showcase the mountains. Two great rooms, a sunken wet bar and dining room with seating for 12. The chef's kitchen has Viking and Sub Zero appliances, a gas range, large center island and seating for 3 at the bar. The kitchen nook table has seating for 8. The home is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware.
The main house has three of the Guest Bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The en suite bathroom has a soaking tub, shower and massive walk in closet.
Three more Guest Rooms are located in a separate Guest House. The guest house features a fantastic game room with billiards table, foosball, cocktail arcade table and massive TV, as well as a kitchenette with drink fridge, sink and dishwasher. Suite 4 has a King bed, private doors to the yard, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and shower. Suite 5 has two Queen beds, doors to the yard, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom with shower. This bathroom also can be accessed from the hall for other Guest use. Bedroom 6 has a Queen bed, doors to the yard, and flatscreen TV. The 7th Suite is a separate Casita accessed from the outdoors only and has a Queen bed and en suite bath with shower.
