This unit is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom gulf front condominium located on the 3rd floor. Located on the same floor as the walkover bridge from the garage, you can bypass the elevators to get to this beautiful gulf front condo. This condo has 1569 square feet of upscale living space that will spoil you and your family.
The large living/dining/kitchen area is tiled and offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room features ample seating and a large flat panel tv for your viewing pleasure. The large dining area offers seating for 6 with 2 extra spots at the granite bar. The spacious kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and comes with everything you need to prepare full meals, or just mix up a few cocktails to enjoy on your private balcony while watching the sunset.
The master bedroom is a King sized oasis with private balcony access, wood laminate flooring, a king sized bed, flat panel TV, and a huge en-suite master bath complete with soaking tub and walk in shower. This is a perfect master retreat after a fun filled day on the beach.
Not to be outdone, the other 2 Queen bedrooms are equally well furnished and offer dedicated bathrooms to pamper the rest of your family. The living room also offers a Queen sized sleeper sofa.
