Boasting three stories, of luxury living space and a sunlit great room that leads to a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless Samsung appliances, an island with four counter stools, a dining table with seating for eight, and a living area with a flatscreen TV, comfortable furniture, and sliding door access out to the furnished deck. An additional living space is found on the lower-level with a smart, flatscreen TV. Outside, you'll find an enclosed yard with a furnished patio and a lovely private pool. And when it's time to call it a night, this home has comfortable bedrooms to pick from, including two kid-friendly bunk rooms - one of which includes a foosball table! right across from miles of sugar-white sands and crystal blue waters, with the Bid-A-Wee Beach Private Entrance located directly across the road. Just two miles away, visit the shops, restaurants, and amusements of Pier Park plus the 1,500-foot Russell Fields Pier, where you can pick up some bait, rent a rod, and fish for mackerel, red fish, pompano, and flounder. Four miles in the other direction, take the whole family to WonderWorks, with its hands-on science exhibits and laser tag arena as well as the Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium.
