Experience modern ocean-front luxury in this immaculate new construction property. Boasting 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, sprawling porches, a heated private pool, giant flat-screen televisions throughout, and direct beach access, this home is perfectly suited to accommodate 20 guests.
Step into a monochromatic interior with pops of navy accents that exude a bright, coastal feel. The first floor welcomes guests with a secondary living area featuring a game table, plush built-in bench seating, a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, and a large, mounted flat-screen television.
On the second floor, the main living level offers a spacious, open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling pocket sliding-glass doors provide panoramic gulf coast views when opened.
The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with soft gray cabinetry, bright white countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a spacious center island with ample barstool seating. The adjacent dining area seats 10 guests, with additional seating available at the kitchen island or on the spacious back deck.
Relax in the cozy sectional sofa and enjoy the large flat-screen television in the living area. This level also features two guest rooms: a luxurious primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom with a shower, and a guest room with a queen-over-king bunk bed and private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The third floor boasts three king bed guest rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower. Additionally, there's a bunk room with a queen-over-king bunk bed and access to a shared bathroom with a shower, as well as a separate bunk area with a twin-over-twin-over-queen bunk bed.
