This beach house is located in the heart of Panama City Beach and a recent addition to the luxury vacation rental market. A beautiful beach home is located close to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment! While being only steps from the beach! This spacious, brand-new construction home offering 4 bedrooms, with TWO master suites, a huge den area that is like a 5th bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, private pool, outdoor entertainment space with TV and BBQ grill, private garage, private second-floor balcony, tons of pool & beach gear, plus so much more!
As you walk up to the beach house you will feel the ocean breezes. The main level of the home is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen that enjoys a large pantry area and additional seating at the kitchen island/bar. In addition, the main floor features a laundry room and a half bath that is centrally located to everything. One of the two master bedrooms is located on the main level. This master suite has a brand new top-quality king-size bed, attractive furnishings, stunning view overlooking the pool, flat-screen TV, and enormous en suite bath with fully tiled walk-in shower, double vanity space, walk-in closet, and private commode room. Just off the living room are the entrance to your private tropical pool deck, pool, outdoor shower, and outdoor entertainment space!
The outdoor grounds is the heart of the home with an inviting pool, BBQ and an array of quality furnishings.
The homes second level is where you will find the second master suite with another amazing king-size bed, lots of closet space, stylish furniture, beautiful view, flat-screen TV, and lush en suite bathroom. The second master suite's bathroom has double vanities, shower/tub combo, large linen closet, and private commode room. The third bedroom offers rich furnishings, queen size bed, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a fantastic private balcony with water views!! The fourth bedroom has two more queen size beds with plenty of room to spare, a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and access to the fun den space/fifth bedroom. A Private den is an additional bonus offering a quiet area to catch up on a movie or finishing up that novel.
