About this home
This Park City Utah vacation rental enjoys having the free shuttle picks up right in front of the complex which comes 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center for dining and shopping is right across the street.
Bathroom 1: En Suite Master Bath (tub/shower combo)
The location of the accommodation is as ideal as you can wish for. Situated close to the Park City Tanger Outlet stores, and Just minutes from the ski resorts and historic downtown area. With 3-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the ability to sleeps 10-12 guests comfortably. The free shuttle picks up right in front of the complex every 15 minutes and the Redstone Shopping Center (stores, dining, entertainment) is just across the highway.
The open main level boasts soaring ceilings, gorgeous wood floors, a living room with plenty of seating, a ceiling fan, a 50” HD Smart TV, and access to the beautiful balcony with unbeatable views, patio seating, and a gas BBQ. The fully-equipped kitchen has all you will need for cooking and entertaining during your stay. A half bathroom is situated on the living room level and living room and a washer and dryer is in the unit.
The Master bedroom suite is also located on the main level. A King-sized bed with fluffy fresh bedding and linens and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination will ensure your privacy and comfort.
Upstairs, the large 2nd bedroom has two Queen-sized beds and a ceiling fan. The 2nd full bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a tub/shower combination.
The loft-style 3rd bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and privacy screen. The main loft area is a perfect space for kids with 2 Twin-sized beds and a Full-sized futon, with a 36” HD Smart TV and stationary bicycle as well.
The entire home is equipped with central air-conditioning, full heat, free wifi, and DirecTV satellite.
