Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac amidst mature landscaping, it offers tranquility and privacy. Gather everyone on the oversized sofa, unwind with your favorite beverage, and enjoy the cozy ambiance. The well-appointed kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar and a dining table seating eight, provides the perfect setting for crafting family-style feasts or indulging in the services of a private chef. Please note: This home does not have central A/C. During warmer months, we recommend opening all windows in the evening to let cool air fill the house. Close windows and blinds just after sunrise to maintain a pleasant temperature with cool mountain breezes.
