On the first level, you will find the stylish and very comfortable living room with mountain modern furnishings, a warm gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this level. The location of this home will put you just a few steps from Historic Main Street where you can enjoy some of the areas finest restaurants, shops, and bars. The Main Street Trolley stop is steps away o take you down the street to the Park City Town Lift, or to the Old Town Transit Center to catch a free Park City bus to just about anywhere in Deer Valley, Park City and Kimball Junction.
The chef quality kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a Wolf gas range, a SubZero refrigerator, and everything the chef in your group will need. This amazing space also has lovely quartz countertops, a farm sink and a kitchen island with seating for six.
Three of the four bedrooms are master suites - The main master suite that offers a king size bed, warm gas fireplace, a 55” Smart TV and a full private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a steam shower, dual sinks, and quartz countertops.
