This adorable private mountain home located in the much sought after Old Town Park City district offers a walk to slopes, dining and shopping. This home has been completely remodeled in a mountain modern,style and is only a two minute walk you'll be on Main St,
A spacious 3 level floor plan, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a three-quarter bath with shower and also a powder room. The quality chef kitchen is fully equipped with Wolfe and Subzero appliances.A fabulous den designed for use as a mini home theater with a large screen TV, sound bar and premium HDTV cable. The main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area combined, as well as a powder room, the laundry room, and a deck out back with a gas grill and lovely patio furniture. The upper level is where you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Master – King bed, flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and spacious walk-in closets.
Second – Queen bed, full bathroom with a deep, jetted tub, jack/jill doors so that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can conveniently share this bathroom. Access to a small balcony in this room.
Third – Queen bed, shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom.
