This three-bedroom/two-bath single level condo is located only one floor above ground level accessible by stairs.
The living area includes a kitchen with beautiful counter-tops and breakfast bar seating. The dining table can seat up to eight people and is located between the kitchen and living area. There’s plenty of comfortable seating in the living area with L-shaped sofa and additional small sofa. Enjoy the view from the large windows in the living area overlooking the grassy area and Santa Rosa Sound. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, private bath and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. The hall bath services the living area and both guest bedrooms.
