The main floor has an enormous great room with lots of glass for incredible views south to the beach and Gulf of Mexico, and north to Little Lagoon. The gracious kitchen includes 2 full refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers and lots of counter and storage space. Right next door you'll find a pantry/bar with additional storage, counterspace and a place to stage your beverages from morning coffee to evening cocktails. he dining area features a long dining table with room for 14+. The kitchen breakfast bar has room for another 6+. The living room offers lots of seating, and a 75" smart TV.. You'll also find two King bedrooms (including the Master, and a second bedroom that is also Handicap Accessible), each with an en suite bath; plus a laundry, and a powder room. The top floor has 4 additional bedrooms ( 2 with Kings and 2 with double Queens and a daybed), each with a private bath and access to the beachfront porch, plus a bunk room with custom XL Twin built-ins that sleeps 4 more. There is an additional full bath as well. Here you'll find a second living area, a wet bar, and the larger laundry.
