Stunning luxury awaits with a private pool and tiki bar and covered hot tub. Relax on the downstairs patio, or climb the exterior stairs to entertain or relax on the upstairs balcony home to the private gas grill Each floor features a fully equipped kitchen, with the upper floor also featuring a wet bar for easy refreshments. Central air conditioning will keep the non-sunbathers comfortable inside, though there's plenty of shady places in the backyard. Everyone will find a place to relax.
On the main level is where you will find the first two bedrooms just past the spiral staircase. On the right, the first bedroom close by is the second bedroom that enjoys a private entrance to the backyard and is set up as a bunk room with a fun beach theme. Head up the spiral staircase and turn right to find the third and main bedroom of the home. This spacious suite features a private entrance to the main balcony, a multi-window view of the neighborhood, and a lovely en suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub.The lovely additional guest bedroom offers a sunny room with a private entrance to the main balcony, a completely private balcony, and an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination.
