The top floor features a grand living room, dining room, and kitchen that have 20-foot ceilings. The walls facing the Gulf are mostly made of glass, which creates an excellent viewing experience.
The master bedroom is conveniently located on the top floor, with sliding doors that give direct access to the deck. The master bathroom features a separate tub and shower, double vanities, marble surfaces, and a private toilet area. A spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where another living area and wet bar are located, with a bar fridge, ice maker, and compact dishwasher.
