About this home
This home in Potrero’s Pacific Heights is a mountaintop complex and has a 3-bedroom, 4-bath main home, and a big swimming pool, all with panoramic ocean views of Potrero, Flamingo, and beyond.
The living room contains all-new furniture, including a blue-gray modular sofa, beautiful wooden tables, and another giant TV. The dining area features a long wooden table, and on the other side of that is a quartz kitchen island. The kitchen itself is huge, with quartz counters, white cabinets, stainless steel refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher.
The home is air-conditioned throughout, and mountain breezes also keep the house cool. There’s lots of natural light and open space.
Beyond the sliding glass doors is a large, landscaped area with a rear patio that has new dining and lounging furniture, plus a barbecue. Down a stairwell is a large, newly renovated swimming pool, with coralline deck and stairs.
