The property is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be in the seventeenth-century historic center of Positano, where you will find restaurants, the shops, the stop for the SITA bus and for the local bus, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at roughly 800 meters (half a mile). You will reach Casa Giardinetto from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Giardinetto. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces) or in a private parking lot downtown (where a space can be reserved).
The garden is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of Positano.
Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings are bright and cheerful. They include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door.
