Welcome to this elegant and inviting independent house in Positano, offering breathtaking views of the sea and the Amalfi Coast. This vacation rental can accommodate up to seven people and provides all the comforts you need for a memorable stay. With private terraces, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi, this villa ensures a pleasant and convenient experience.
Located in the heart of Positano, you'll have easy access to restaurants, a grocery store, and the beach. The Flavio Gioia bus stop is just a few meters away, and the nearest beach, Spiaggia Grande di Positano, is approximately 800 meters from the villa. To reach the villa, you'll descend a short public walkway with around 30 stairway steps.
Having a car is not necessary for your stay at this villa. However, if you do have one, there is a private parking lot downtown where you can park for a fee.
The villa features two beautiful terraces. The first terrace, partially shaded by a bamboo-roofed pergola, offers masonry benches, a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The second terrace, accessible from the living room, also offers a stunning view and is equipped with a table and chairs.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a second living room, featuring a divan that can unfold into a double bed. This room has a dining table for four and a French door leading to the first terrace. It is also equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, and an Italian-style coffee maker.
