Presenting this charming two-story Positano vacation villa overlooking the sea which sleeps six guests. From this enticing villa, you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and Positano. By Italian standards, this is a large residence boasting over 1600 sq ft of indoor space. The villa has two private terraces with sea and coastline views. air conditioning is available within selected areas of the villa.
Staying at this villa will keep you in the heart of Positano where you step outside of your door and can walk directly to restaurants and shops. The SITA bus is just over 150 feet from the property. The closest beach is our Spiaggia Grande di Positano half a mile away via a public walkway with no steps!
Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Positano this overlooks the sea with the finest Positano views.
once you have arrived on its terraces, you will feel as if in the first row to watch a marvelous show, in this case, the scenery of Positano. You will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, the town, and the coast.
The first terrace is 120 square meters (1290 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the living room and from the kitchen. It is partly shaded by a characteristic wisteria pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, deck chairs, and sun loungers. From the terrace, you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea and of the coastline.
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include sofas, armchairs, and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room, you will find a satellite television. From the living room, you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through three double-glazed French doors.
