About this home
This is a romantic and welcoming one-story independent house set into the cliff, sheer above the sea. It sleeps four people. One bedroom has two twins and the master bedroom has a matrimonial size beds.
You will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri. This villa features a spacious private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from the village of Positano, where you will find restaurants and the shops. You will find the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi-Sorrento line and the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet) including 550 stairway steps. You will reach the house from the parking area going down a walkway that cuts through the terrace and includes approximately 19 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay here. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, inside the entrance gate.
The terrace is on the roof level. It is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast, from Positano to the island of Capri.
The furnishings of the living room include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is well equipped, with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
