About this home
Amalfi Coast Italy renals. This is a two-story independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps four people. From this property you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. The property is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features two nice private terraces with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning and winter heating.
You will not need a car to stay here. If you do have one, you will be able to park it along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).
This is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex.
There are two apartments that are part of a medieval building, that used to be an ancient Saracen watch tower. It is placed high up on a picturesque tract of rocky coast, at a height of approximately 100 meters (330 feet) above the sea level, and almost sheer above the sea itself. Every view of the seascape in this area is truly breathtaking.
The first terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a perfumed bougainvillea pergola and by trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid hand-made mayolica tiles, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and two single divan beds. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television and a CD player with FM radio. From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
