About this home
This is an enthralling 80-square-meter (about 861 square feet) apartment which sleeps five people. It has a spacious terrace facing the sea and a wide and splendid view of the seascape and the Amalfi Coast, from Praiano to Positano and Capri.
The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning. A reserved parking space in a garage is available upon request.

It is part of an old area of Praiano, right in the center of the town and a few feet away from shops, restaurants and bars. In order to reach the house, you have to climb an indoor 36-step staircase.
You will enter a bright living-room which communicates to several rooms in the house. The two bedrooms have their own bathroom next door. In the bedroom with two single beds, you will also find a single divan bed. From the double bedroom, you have access to the terrace overlooking the sea.
