This rental is a spectacular 10,000 sq ft home located within one of the most exclusive areas in Palmas del Mar Resort. It is 3- level villa located in a quiet street. It has both stairs and a private elevator for easy access to all levels of the house. The villa has 5 bedrooms: Master bedroom has 1 king bed and a sofa bed, plus 3 rooms with queen beds. and 1 room with 2 queen beds. Bedrooms have either private bathrooms or jack n jill bathrooms. The house has beautiful travertine marble floors. Kitchen, living room, dining room and terraces are located in the top floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. Dining room overlooks the pool. It also has a game room with pool table.
