Enjoy staying at this private residence that boasts over 10,000 square feet of luxury living space. Located within one of Conchas Chinas super private and elite neighborhoods,and a mere 5 minutes from the Romantic Zone of Old Town Puerto Vallarta.
The traditional style architecture compliments the modern conveniences you would come to expect from one of Puerto Vallarta's most exclusive vacation villa. Five bedrooms, five full and two half bathrooms are very beautifully decorated and furnished. Multiple terraces, an infinity pool and sweeping vistas of the Bay of Banderas.
The master bedroom suite enjoys its own level, with an en suite bathroom with rain shower and Jacuzzi bath, private terrace with gas fireplace, and retreat room with Bose home theatre and 47" TV. Four other bedrooms on two levels include three king bedrooms and one with two queen-sized beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. An elegant dining room can comfortably seat twelve, and of course for al fresco dining the terrace is simply perfect. an informal library,exercise room and a large media/entertainment room complete the homes description.
