About this home
This exceptional Ravello Vacation Villa is unique in that it has its own beach platform and pool. Amazing views and four bedrooms and four bathrooms (very rare) will ensure your comfort. The double bedrooms (beds can be set up as a double "queen size" or twins if requested in advance). The large living room boasts stunning sea views and lots of space and sunlight. The fully equipped kitchen is upscale and has all you will need for formal dining and entertaining. The two private outdoor spaces enjoy world-class views of the sea. Guests staying at this villa have direct access to the sea,as well as to the new "infinity" pool with large solarium. The pool and garden area is situated across the street from the Villa and is a community pool shared with five villas.
Situated a mile or so from Amalfi where Ferries leave for Capri and Positano throughout the day the location could nor be more spectacular. The charming village of Minori is merely a short walk from the villa (7-8 minutes) where you can enjoy our sandy beaches, upscale shops, grocery stores and some of Italy's most wonderful seafood restaurants.
Please let your Emerald Kite know if you would like extra beds added In two of the bedrooms and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. This Luxury Villa has air conditioning/heating, dishwasher, washing machine, high speed internet access. Guests from this villa, besides the access to the sea, have also access to the new "infinity" pool with large solarium. The Villa has the entrance at the street level, at the first floor, there are two bedrooms with original period piece and elegantly furnished. Modern bathrooms with shower and Jacuzzi bath tub, embellished with the precious and original glazed "cotto" tiles of Vietri. On this floor there is also a small bathroom.
On the Villas second floor, there is a gorgeous and elegant mansard composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a private little terrace with stunning sea view. Parking is available.
