Villa Punta Rossa property is a magnificent villa set in one of the most exclusive and secluded area of San Felice Circeo, one of the most beautiful and sought after seaside destination along the whole Lazio coast. San Felice Circeo, is located at a short distance from Rome International Airport and is a popular destination for discerning and top end travellers attracted by the beauty of the coast, the warm climate and the white sandy beaches, which spreads over 0,5 kilometres. The Villa is located a few minutes from the historic centre of San Felice Circeo and next to the Villa of the Anna Magnani celebrity. The Villa, built at the beginning of the 1960, was designed by the equipe of the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright and therefore its architectural design has been influenced by the renowned Fallingwater “Edgar J. Kaufmann House”. The property set in the National Park of San Felice Circeo, enjoys the extensive parkland and gardens, several terraces and patios. The Villa has private and direct sea access and offers breathtaking views over the Mediterranean sea and the Pontine Islands.
