St. Martin Luxury Retreat Beachfront- Caribbean Dream

This stunning beachside residence offers a truly magical setting for your next Caribbean getaway. Perched just above the white sands of Baie Lounge Beach, the property greets you with lush tropical landscaping, vibrant sea grape trees, and the sound of waves crashing ashore. From the moment you arrive, the air is infused with the salty scent of the sea, and the vibrant hues of the sky and water promise a serene and unforgettable retreat.

Set on a gentle rise above the shoreline, the home exudes the timeless charm of Old World Caribbean architecture blended with tasteful modern design. With panoramic views of Baie Lounge and the deep blue sea beyond, guests are treated to unforgettable vistas, including spectacular sunsets and the distant silhouette of Saba island. This idyllic location offers both tranquility and easy access to the beach just steps from the terrace.

The villa is laid out in two wings, each positioned to maximize privacy and comfort. The central courtyard features a large, shimmering pool surrounded by a tumbled travertine terrace, where guests can bask in the sun or relax in the shade of the covered verandas. Beautifully carved staircases connect the different levels of the terrace, and a cozy gazebo provides the perfect spot for sunset viewing.

To one side of the pool sits a private two-bedroom cottage, complete with its own patio and lovely sea views. One of the bedrooms even features a kitchenette for added convenience. The décor throughout the cottage is serene and romantic, marked by airy white linens, custom mahogany Creole windows, and elegant en-suite bathrooms with artistic tilework.

On the opposite side of the terrace is the main wing, where the open-concept great room seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor living. Rattan and teak furnishings accented with colorful tropical touches create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The galley-style kitchen is modern and well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy in the covered outdoor dining area or by the beach.

Two more bedrooms are situated off the great room, each offering stunning sea views, spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms, and stylish Caribbean furnishings. These spaces are perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun, with comfortable beds and elegant decor that mirrors the villa's relaxed sophistication.

The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, including palms, bougainvillea, and silver buttonwood, which line the coral stone wall separating the property from the beach. The seamless transition from manicured grounds to soft sand enhances the sense of connection to the natural beauty of St. Martin.

Ideal for families or small groups, the villa can also be paired with the neighboring property to accommodate larger parties. Together, they create an unmatched setting where it feels like you have Baie Lounge Beach entirely to yourself.

While the home feels wonderfully secluded, it is just minutes from excellent dining options in Baie Nettle and Puerto Cupecoy. A short drive takes you to the charming capital of Marigot with its boutiques, markets, and galleries. The airport is only eight minutes away, and popular destinations like Grand Case and Philipsburg are within a 30-minute drive.
