If you rent this home and stay through December 1st, 2022, you will need to move your vehicle on 12/1 between 8 am-5 pm due to HOA scheduled maintenance.
This is by far the best location in Oceanside! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom show-stopping penthouse condo. You can spend the day at the beach, head into town, or simply relax by the pool and hot tub and watch the ships sail by. The harbor has water-sport rentals if you want to have some excitement on your vacation! There is also a sauna onsite in the pool area. At night you can enjoy the cool air on the balcony of this remodeled and upgraded unit and soak in the twinkling lights from the many boats below. With the short distances to every attraction Southern California has to offer, you’ll be coming back to this condominium year after year. Trust us, you are not going to want to leave!
