About this home
This luxurious residence is a combination of two remodeled Cape Cod-inspired side-by-side oceanfront condos, with a three-bedroom, four-bath home on one side and a four-bedroom, four-bath, home on the other. Collectively 23 guests can sleep comfortably in beds. Enter these homes and find yourself in a room with sleeping accommodations for two, a flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator. On each of the ground floors, there is also a bedroom and a full bath with a walk-in shower. Both also have an ocean view hot tub on this first-floor patio - one also has a hanging swing. The second floors boast beautifully furnished great rooms with a living room area with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV. It is accompanied by a modern kitchen with a bar equipped with four high-top stools and a dining table for eight. There are also full baths on this floor.

The height of the garage is 7ft and the alley access is very narrow so only small vehicles are recommended. Otherwise, street parking can be utilized but please be mindful of parking signs as there is weekly street sweeping. Do NOT block the alley for any period of time - thank you!
