Welcome to this gorgeous, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home that has all the touches you’d expect in a luxurious beach vacation rental. Built in 2017 and practically brand new, this home boasts high-end perks and a perfect location - just a few homes from Santa Barbara Cove of Mission Bay and a quick walk from Mission Beach.
The open-concept living area is like a modern work of art, with sleek flooring, high-end furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room has a cozy couch, two chairs, and a flatscreen TV - a great setting for a movie night after spending the day on the beach. This living area also features plenty of natural light and sliding glass doors that open to the patio, where you'll find a gas firepit for those cool, refreshing evenings outside.
Moving on to the upstairs, the first bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the second has a king-size bed and a small private balcony. The third bedroom is the primary suite, offering a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities, as well as a private balcony with outdoor seating.
