Unwind with a well-deserved beach getaway that checks all the boxes of an ideal vacation home. This newly constructed, four-bedroom, single-family home offers over 2,300 square feet of contemporary design, featuring patios on each floor and a rooftop deck.
On the entry level, you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The downstairs is designed to be the fun kids' room, with a cool coastal wall design, two bunk beds (four twins), and a futon. The third floor is where you'll find the main living area for everyone to spend quality time together. Enjoy an outdoor patio or deck on each floor, a rooftop deck with a firepit and a canopy daybed, a large primary suite with a deck, and at-home conveniences that include a washer/dryer and central air conditioning.
Nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants are all within a short walk, and the fine dining and shopping experiences of La Jolla Village are just minutes away. Stunning views are everywhere - you can look for seals and sea lions all along the La Jolla coast from the Cave Store down to the Children’s Pool. SeaWorld is a short walk or bike ride away. You can also drive easily to Legoland, the Carlsbad Outlets, downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, and the Padres' Petco Park.
