This is a three bedroom, two bath, residence located on the 1st floor of a two unit townhome building within the coveted Bandy Beach community. Bedrooms: Primary Bedroom: Features an expansive layout with king bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower, walk in closet, and soaking tub. Features en-suite patio access. Guest Bedroom 1: Features an expansive layout with queen bed and en-suite patio access. Access to hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. Guest Bedroom 2: Features two single beds and en-suite access to a private, courtyard facing, balcony. Access to hallway bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. Enjoy the large living area with a 70 inch smart TV and sectional sofa. There is a dining room table with seating for six guests adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is located off of the dining area and features ThinQ appliances, and a large wrap around peninsula perfect for crafting gourmet meals. It is extremely well equipped with bakeware, cookware, utensils, and cutlery. There is a walk in pantry and laundry room located off of the kitchen with a sink basin. Between the kitchen and pantry is a private, screened, courtyard facing balcony with seating for two. On the other side of the residence is an expansive beach facing balcony with ample seating. Bandy Beach features a large, heated, communal pool with plenty of seating. It also features a deeded beach access with boardwalk. There is designated under-unit parking and a beach locker equipped with Tommy Bahama beach gear including chairs, a cooler, and umbrella. The townhome building this unit is located within features a private elevator that services the two residences in this building. This residence can sleep 6 guests comfortably. For additional guests we are able to supply sleeper cots upon request, at an additional cost to the guest. Groups of more than 6 must be requested and approved prior to booking.
