About this home
Gulf front condo. Relax on your Florida vacation in this beautiful first floor condo. This brightly decorated unit features plantation style shutters and furniture. It is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo that also includes a separate den with its own TV and sliding door for added privacy. With updated kitchen cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, this condo is an upscale getaway overlooking the shimmering Gulf of Mexico. The dining table easily seats 6 and there are 3 additional seats at the kitchen bar. The living room features a new, big screen TV and opens onto a spacious screened-in lanai where guests can enjoy the sunset from the white wooden dining set. The lanai also includes a spiral staircase that leads down to a fully furnished cabana, complete with TV and bathroom. The cabana offers direct access to the beach and is equipped with a mini kitchen, TV and full bathroom. The master bedroom features a beach mural behind the king size bed, beautiful views of the water below, and a recently refurbished bathroom. There are also 2 twin beds in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the den for guests to enjoy. Internet access available. Compass Pointe is a small complex that offers a pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, and has an elevator.
