Quite, peaceful, relaxing all describe Sand Pointe. Located on the warm white sandy beaches of Sanibel Island, this complex offers you a heated swimming pool, elevator and under building parking. Located off of West Gulf Drive you are near restaurants and shopping. Unit 121 is an updated tropical gulf view, end unit with side windows, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium. The unit sleeps up to six with a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedrooms and a queen size aero bed. Enjoy the westerly facing large screened in lanai with views of the lagoon, swimming pool and beach. The unit offers three TV’s Living room new flat screen with DVD, master bedroom with VCR and guest bedroom with DVD. Other amenities include private in-unit washer and dryer. Internet access. This is a seven night minimum property and can accommodate a max of 6 people.
