About this home
Located off of Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial T402 is a two bedroom/two bathroom plus den gulf view condo. Located in building T on the 4th floor with elevator in the building. This attractive unit offers a fully equipped and updated kitchen, dining area and living room with sliding glass doors leading out to the screened in porch with outdoor furniture. The master suite offers a king bed, flat panel TV and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, flat panel TV and a full bathroom just outside. The den area features a large flat panel TV and queen sleeper sofa. There is also high-speed wireless internet access and a washer/dryer. Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities. Amenity and service fees may be applicable and are not included in the rental price. The rental property you are staying in is privately owned and separate from the Sundial Beach Resort and Spa. Resort amenities are governed by Sundial Beach Resort and Spa and additional resort amenities may not be available.
