The kitchen is spacious, modern and bright, with ample dish-ware, large refrigerator and freezer, Bosch dishwasher, coffee maker, and fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. Washer & Dryer in the unit. Eat comfortably at the kitchen island, the bar, or the dining room.
The Dining Room has a new expandable table and comfortable chairs that can seat 6. There is an alcove area which creates even more space for your family for reading, playing games, and has and new, queen size leather sleeper sofa!
The guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds, to ensure a comfortable night's sleep for any adult or teenager. This second bedroom also has a new 40-inch flat-screen TV. Master bedroom has al King sized bed, new 40-inch flat-screen TV, private view of the Gulf, and updated master bathroom and shower.
Living Room has a large, leather sectional sofa to relax on and watch TV and movies on full DISH network.
Lanai has a wonderful, relaxing view of the property and the beach.
Private roof-deck has spectacular view of the Gulf. Great for relaxing in the sun, watching the sunset, or gazing at the stars.
